Adhitya is a senior psychiatry resident currently pursuing his specialist studies at the Faculty of Medicine at Udayana University. He is interested in making society, especially the millennial generation, more aware about mental health. “Sharing is caring” is what he believes in.
Regis is a mental health activist from Indonesia. He initiated Pijar Psikologi, a platform to educate society about mental health issues as well as provide them with free online psychological consultation in 2015. Beside that, he published a non-fiction book in one of the major publishers in Indonesia, titled “Loving the Wounded Soul”, and it became a national best seller in five months. His full time job is a lecturer in the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Surabaya.
Renata is currently a Ph.D. student in the College of Rehabilitation and Health Services Research at University of North Texas, USA. Most of her career had been in nursing education, preparing undergraduate students to be practicing nurses in Jakarta, Indonesia. Her areas of teaching include courses, such as mental health nursing, geriatric nursing, and community health nursing. She is excited to join Metamorphosis and learn other disciplines, particularly data science, whilst sharing her insights surrounding mental health issues.
Whinda is a lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology, University of Indonesia. She is currently taking a Doctoral program at Department of Psychology Loyola University Chicago, USA, in the Social Psychology program with a Fulbright-DIKTI scholarship. She completed her Masters degree from the Social and Organizational Psychology Program at the University of Exeter, UK. She has published scientific articles and books in social psychology, published by local and international publishers. She has a huge concern on the issues of how to increase mental health awareness and support for people with mental health problems.
